Orchid stand nearly finished

My home built orchid stand is nearly complete. I'm just waiting for delivery of some AC fans and then I can mount the lights.

Kitchen Window Sill

I have two northeast kitchen window sills. This is where I place the rest of my orchids. As you can see I've used up all the space. Most of the pots here are empty; waiting for shipments of orchid to arrive and end up in them. I have 6 more plants so they'll get filled quickly. I've been using Dyna-rok II. the bottom of the pots are acrylic bases/reservoir that I made (thanks to tapplastics) to hold about an inch of water.

My dendrobium is putting out flower spikes; I was surprised as I thought it was going to die but low and behold, its also has new shoots.

These three guys, I got from ebay. The one in the middle is a yellow: Blc. Shinfong Luoyang 'Tian-Mu'. The one on the right is a red color: Pot. Ching Hua Flame 'Red Rose'. The left one is a red with yellow lip: Blc Lily Marie Almas 'MGR' (Orange Nugget x LC Jalapa). They're small, it'll be a while before they flower. Hope they don't die.

The other phalaenopsis

Sun Jye Daimond. (I'm not sure but on eBay it's named Sun Tye Daimond but web searches show it to be Jye not Tye. Oh well, not sure but I guess it has to be Jye).

This one is a deep purple type and already it is putting out a spike. I can't wait to see what it looks like. I hope the spike grows tall. Name: Sun Jye Diamond.

Taiwan Glory.
The one in back is a pink-purple and the one next to it is a Harlequin named Taiwan Glory; it should be cute. The small one in the back is the keiki I mentioned earlier. I damaged it roots and it lost one of its bigger leaf but it has since put out a new root and it looks like it will survive. Pretty much all these guys are growing new root systems, so I'm happy and confident they probably won't die.

Found this picture of my orchids when they were small plants. Only a month after I brought them back from Hawaii. Wow some of these guys are big now. and I can see the dendrobium at the left… maybe the purple one? the one next to the dendrobium is my mystery yellow cattleya (wow it's tiny).

This purple Phalaenopsis died but not before it produced a keiki (an off-shoot) and I was able to plant it and thereby save a clone of the parent plant. It'll probably be years before it would flower.
